Forest Salad with Chanterelles and Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup sliced chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
