Four-Cheese Pasta with Speck Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. pasta of your choice
- 4 oz. speck, cut into small pieces
- 4 oz. fontina cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

- 1 shallot, minced
