Delicious Fried Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil or unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the oil or butter. Allow it to melt completely, covering the whole pan.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl or directly into the pan.
- If you’re cooking two eggs at the same time, make sure they’re not too close to each other. This will prevent them from sticking together while cooking.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Cook the eggs for about two minutes without moving them until you can see the egg whites starting to set and turn opaque.
- Using a spatula, carefully flip the eggs over and cook until the egg whites are cooked through, but the yolk is still soft and runny. This can take anywhere from thirty seconds to a minute and a half.
- If you want the egg yolks to cooked fully, cook the eggs for an additional minute, to a minute and a half.
- Once done, transfer the eggs to a plate, garnish with chopped herbs if desired and serve.
