Fried eggs – Delicious


Delicious Fried Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil or unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and add the oil or butter. Allow it to melt completely, covering the whole pan.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl or directly into the pan.
  3. If you’re cooking two eggs at the same time, make sure they’re not too close to each other. This will prevent them from sticking together while cooking.
  4. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to your taste.
  5. Cook the eggs for about two minutes without moving them until you can see the egg whites starting to set and turn opaque.
  6. Using a spatula, carefully flip the eggs over and cook until the egg whites are cooked through, but the yolk is still soft and runny. This can take anywhere from thirty seconds to a minute and a half.
  7. If you want the egg yolks to cooked fully, cook the eggs for an additional minute, to a minute and a half.
  8. Once done, transfer the eggs to a plate, garnish with chopped herbs if desired and serve.
