Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough ball (about 400g)
  • 200g of Fior di Latte cheese
  • 200g Mortadella
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and roll out into a large circle.
