Gizzard Salad: Fall Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of gizzards, cleaned and trimmed
- 1 cup of kale, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup of diced apples
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
