Green Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
