Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
