Guy Martin’s Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 100ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F/gas 4.
  2. Grease and line two 8 inch cake tins with parchment paper.
