Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g cocoa powder
- 100g chocolate chips
- 100ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F/gas 4.
- Grease and line two 8 inch cake tins with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and caster sugar together in a mixing bowl until pale and fluffy.
