Half-Raw Half-Cooked Endives with Chorizo Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 endives
- 1 chorizo sausage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut off the endive stems and slice them in half lengthwise.
