Herring, Kohlrabi and Croutons Salad
This tasty salad is a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The salty herring pairs nicely with the crisp kohlrabi and crunchy croutons.
Ingredients:
- 1 herring fillet, skin removed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 kohlrabi, peeled and julienned
