Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut.
