Hot-cold Brown Crab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Brown crabs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Begin by rinsing the crabs in cold water, then remove the carapace and claws, setting them aside.
