Ktipiti – Regal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 red peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)

Directions:
