Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb shoulder, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup wheat berries
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • Handful of fresh parsley and mint, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place wheat berries in a pot with 1 1/2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.
