Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned, breaking up the sausage into crumbles.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
