Limoncello Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup limoncello liqueur
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 egg yolks

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, limoncello liqueur, sugar, and lemon zest. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently to dissolve the sugar.
