Ingredients

  • 150g smoked mackerel, skinned and boned
  • 50g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the smoked mackerel with a fork in a mixing bowl.

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
