Ingredients

  • 1 pack of pre-made puff pastry
  • 3-4 clementines
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the clementines and separate into segments. Set aside.
  3. Unroll the puff pastry onto a floured surface and cut into 3 equal strips.
