Mimosa salad and mini avocados, sesame cream vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup orange segments
  • 1 cup grapefruit segments
  • 4 mini avocados, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Salt and pepper to taste
