Mint and Pea Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh peas, shelled
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lime, juiced
Directions:
- Steam peas in a pot for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and let them cool.

- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To remove the popsicles from the mold, run it under warm water for a few seconds until it loosens up.
