Ingredients:
- Butter, softened (for greasing the ramekins)
- Sugar, for helping coat the butter in the ramekins
- 6-8 Mirabelle plums, pitted and mashed
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- A pinch of salt
