Scallops, Mango and Avocado Mix
Ingredients:
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Pat scallops dry and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
