Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
