Pesto Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
