Pineapple and Mango with Ginger Caramel Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir until sugar dissolves and bring to a boil.
