Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the thinly sliced Pink Lady apples with granulated sugar, brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well coated.
