Pippin Tajine with Honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

  • Chopped parsley and toasted almonds for garnish

  1. Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven or tajine over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
