Plum Clafoutis Recipe: Easy Dessert
Ingredients:
- 4 large plums, pitted and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 10-inch pie dish or cast-iron skillet with butter.
- Arrange the plum wedges on the bottom of the dish in a single layer.
