Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 endives, thinly sliced
- 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 4 eggs

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.
