Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe melon
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Cut the cantaloupe melon into thick slices and remove the seeds.
