Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
