Salmon Meringue Blinis Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
