Salted Creme Brulee Pea Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup frozen peas

- When ready to serve, sprinkle about 1 tbsp of brown sugar on top of each ramekin.
- Using a kitchen torch, melt the sugar until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
