Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh lemon juice
