Seafood salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Add the cooked shrimp and crab meat to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
  3. Add the diced celery and red onion and gently fold into the seafood mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
