Small Puff Pastries Filled with Fried Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 cup mixed fruits (apples, pears, peaches), chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped mixed fruits and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
