Ingredients

  1. 1 package of puff pastry sheets, thawed
  2. 1 cup mixed fruits (apples, pears, peaches), chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped mixed fruits and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to the skillet and stir until the fruit is glazed. Remove from heat and let cool.
