Spaghetti with Mussels Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 kg spaghetti
- 2 kg fresh mussels
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
- Remove mussels from their shells and keep aside.

- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
