Spring Roll Recipe for Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take one spring roll wrapper and place it on a flat surface.
  3. Place a few slices of strawberry and banana in the center of the wrapper. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  4. Drizzle about a teaspoon of honey on top of the fruit and chocolate mixture.
  5. Fold the bottom part of the wrapper over the mixture, then fold the sides in and roll it up like a burrito.
  6. Repeat the process with the rest of the spring roll wrappers and filling.
  7. Brush the melted butter on the outside of the rolled spring rolls, making sure to coat them evenly.
  8. Place the spring rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
