Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized leeks
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Clean the leeks thoroughly and chop off the dark green section. Cut the leeks lengthwise and rinse them under running water.
