Stewed Cod Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of boneless cod fillets
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the pot with a lid and put it into the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and tender.
- Serve it hot with some toasted bread or steamed rice.
