Strawberry-Basil Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

- Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
