Strawberry Dream Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • Additional fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pureed strawberries, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed and beat for another 2 minutes until well combined.
