Strawberry Tiramisù Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine chopped strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture.
  5. In a shallow dish, add cold brewed coffee and strawberry jam. Mix well.
  6. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer of them on the bottom of serving dish.
  7. Add a layer of strawberries on top of the ladyfingers.
  8. Spoon half of the mascarpone cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
  9. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers, strawberries, and remaining mascarpone cheese mixture.
  10. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
