Sweet Potato Beetroot Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 medium-sized beetroots, peeled and cubed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
