Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

- Meanwhile, grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly on the bias.
- Arrange the grilled vegetables on a serving platter and top them with sliced chicken.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped basil leaves over the chicken and vegetables.
