Tiramisu with Spider Crab, Avocado, Tomato

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 medium-sized tomato
  • 200 grams of cooked spider crab meat
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 1/2 cup of rum
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Cut the avocado and tomato into small cubes.
  5. Add the chopped avocado, tomato, and crab meat into the mascarpone mixture. Mix until well combined.
  6. In a shallow dish, combine the espresso and rum.
  7. Dip the ladyfingers into the espresso-rum mixture and place into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  8. Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers.
  9. Repeat step 7 with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  10. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  11. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
