Tiramisu with Spider Crab, Avocado, Tomato
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 medium-sized avocado
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 200 grams of cooked spider crab meat
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup of espresso
- 1/2 cup of rum
- cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Slowly fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Cut the avocado and tomato into small cubes.
- Add the chopped avocado, tomato, and crab meat into the mascarpone mixture. Mix until well combined.
- In a shallow dish, combine the espresso and rum.
- Dip the ladyfingers into the espresso-rum mixture and place into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers.
- Repeat step 7 with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
