Tuna and Cream Cheese Gratin
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna in water (drained)
- 1 block of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, celery, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the tuna mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the tuna mixture is heated through.
