Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (about 14-16 pounds)
  • 1 pound foie gras, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Clean and rinse the turkey with cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and set aside.
