Vanilla and Currant Magic Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk, warm

Instructions

- Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing and dusting with confectioner’s sugar.
