Wild Sea Bass Tartare with Oysters and Caviar (30 Minutes)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound wild sea bass, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 4 fresh oysters, shucked and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon caviar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sea bass, oysters, capers, chives, and shallot.
