Ingredients:
- 1 pound wild sea bass, trimmed and finely chopped
- 4 fresh oysters, shucked and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon caviar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the sea bass, oysters, capers, chives, and shallot.
